One of our locally-based Service Specialists will work with you one-on-one to identify your unique needs and connect you with the best support, helping you move through life on your own terms. We can provide you with:

  • Emotional and educational support to build your confidence and coping skills
  • Access to trusted, high-quality resources recommended specifically for your needs
  • Referrals to programs and resources to help you live independently
  • Guidance about the financial support you may be eligible for

Family and caregiver retreats

We understand that community is everything. Our family and caregiver retreats provide a safe and welcoming environment for clients, families, and caregivers to connect, recharge, and learn from experts over the course of a weekend.

Research questions? We’ve got answers! Our team of experts will help you decode the details about new discoveries, clinical trials, emerging treatments, and more – accurately, in plain language, and with compassion.

Equipment funding and assistance

We will help you access essential equipment like wheelchairs, lifts, and assistive technology – so you can move through life with greater ease. Our equipment program ensures you get the tools you need for independence.
